During my tenure at The Digital London, I recreated the Claim Time website to enhance its functionality, design, and user experience. The objective was to establish a modern and professional platform that effectively communicated their legal services and encouraged user engagement.
I analyzed the previous website and conducted user research to pinpoint pain points and improvement opportunities. Simplifying the claims process and providing clear service explanations were identified as key user needs.
The redesigned website featured a streamlined layout that reflected Claim Time’s professional branding. Each legal service had a dedicated section, offering concise information and clear pathways for user action through strategically placed CTAs and inquiry forms. The design ensured responsiveness and accessibility across all devices.
