Designing Haiti's Leading iGaming Platform

Designing LisaParyaj's iGaming Platform. LisaParyaj is Haiti's leading iGaming platform, combining sports betting, live betting, casino games, live casino, account management, and promotions into a single ecosystem. The product is built for Haiti's market and serves users in three languages: English, French, and Haitian Kreyòl. I was brought in to design a scalable user experience that allows users to move seamlessly between betting, casino gaming, account management, and transactions, while keeping consistency across the entire platform. Betting platforms usually suffer from three problems. Information overload, where users see hundreds of markets, live events, odds, and promotions at once. Complex navigation, where switching between sports, casino, account, and wallet creates friction. And trust, where users need instant confidence when depositing money, placing bets, and tracking outcomes. My approach. I studied the patterns of Tier 1 iGaming platforms like Bwin and Bet365 to understand what global market leaders do well, then adapted those patterns for Haiti's specific context. Bet365's strength is information density and live betting speed. Bwin's strength is account and promotional structure. I used those reference points to shape a platform that matched the depth of Tier 1 experiences while solving for trilingual content, local trust signals, and Haiti-specific betting markets. I organized the platform into five primary areas: sports betting, live sports, casino, live casino, and the user dashboard. Each became a self-contained product within the larger ecosystem, with shared design language across all of them.

Challenge

- Adapting Tier 1 iGaming patterns (Bwin, Bet365) for Haiti's market - Designing trilingual experiences across English, French, and Haitian Kreyòl - 15+ product verticals competing for attention on a single platform - Real-time data odds, live events, match statistics requiring extreme clarity at speed - Trust and money-handling UX where every misstep loses users - Complex navigation between betting and casino without context loss - Typography and component sizing that handles multilingual text without breaking layout

Outcome

- Built a consistent experience across 5 product verticals sports betting, live sports, casino, live casino, and user dashboard - Introduced a dark interface with high-contrast betting actions, neon highlights for live data, and orange CTAs optimized for conversion - Designed a persistent bet slip that maintains context across the entire platform - Built typography and component sizing to handle Haitian Kreyòl and French content without breaking layout - Improved navigation structure for both new and returning users - Faster betting workflows with fewer steps to action - LisaParyaj is the leading iGaming platform in Haiti, serving users across English, French, and Haitian Kreyòl
